I received this ARC as a gift and I am so grateful. This was my first Nora Roberts read and oh what a read it was. Haunted house with some soft romance. About a 1/2 pepper worth. The story was so good I read it straight through. 200 yr old curse. 7 brides dead within a year of their wedding day. The latest generation must break the curse. This story is told so well. You can she’s an experienced author. The detail is just enough to picture the scene. I am so invested in this story. I can’t wait to finish out the series. I hope they publish quickly!
