Jellyfish Age Backwards: Nature's Secrets to Longevity by Nicklas Brendborg
2.5
This book was pretty dry, even for nonfiction. Also, based on the title and summary, I expected more of it to be about aging in animals and I feel like the animal talked about the most was lab mice? The animals mentioned in the summary were mentioned in the book but I don’t think they were as much of a focus.
And the summary does mention a man who fasted for a year but there’s actually a lot of discussion around fasting and dieting and different diets about 3/4 through the book.
Overall, I’m disappointed mostly because I don’t think the title and summary match the book I just read
