Ein Mann namens Ove by Fredrik Backman

4.0

Here comes my review to A Man Called Ove, finally! (after being emotionally unable to write one right after reading it)
I really enjoyed the story and it's so not what I would usually read. I was not very used to reading from a pensioner's POV, but it was so funny! Ove is a grumpy old man (basically the neighborhood police), but with time, you get to know how big his heart is and what a sweet personality he has, even though he doesn't like showing it. I loved his neighbors and especially the cat, and the story was unpredictable (except for the ending) and it was an easy read. I still think there's room for improvement, but it was really good.
I was bawling for the last 50 pages and by the end I was so upset I cried myself to sleep.
Still, I recommend it to everyone!!
