Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an advanced review copy of this book. All opinions are my own.
This was not at all what I expected! I went into this title thinking it would be a good introductory book on garment sewing, but instead discovered a wonderful resource for creating slopers with a good bit of body positivity thrown in. I will note, however, CWs for fat shaming and ED in the introduction.
The content was well written and easy to understand. The pictures are informative and make the process approachable.

Graphic: Body shaming, Eating disorder, and Fatphobia
Readers wanting to avoid discussions of fatphobia and eating disorders should skip the introduction, which really isn't necessary to read in order to learn to draft patterns.
