Spicy, slow burn mafia/mob romance
This slow burn / childhood friends / mafia romance is spicy, but has surprisingly emotional & tender moments. Frank & Elena’s story is sad, but beautiful. And the relationship development between Frank & Elena’s kids is one of my favorite parts about this book.
I’ve read this book & listened to the audiobook. I would 100% recommend listening to the audiobook — it is a dual POV narration. The audiobook is spectacular & makes this story even more emotional.
