4.0

The book consists of many short chapters and frequent plot twists/reveals which keeps it entertaining to read. The ending
Spoilergoes off the rails a little bit: none of the specially trained Minders ever get to put their skills to use; they're all thwarted because they made stupid and emotional mistakes. And the continued incompetence of the government is almost comical (and unfortunately, believable).
I wouldn't read it again, but it was an entertaining journey.
