The Scorch Trials by James Dashner

3.0

I want to be able to say that this changed my opinion on James Dashner's writing. But it didn't.
I still find him incredible repetitive and unimaginative. The plot line is incredible but I can't seem to fall in love with it, when he's writing it.
I'm confused as to what Teresa's role is in this whole story - is she bad is she good. It is making me confused and who even is this Brenda girl she needs to leave so that Tom and Teresa can be together but Tom won't get over the stupid (fake) betrayal.
Still unsure on how I feel about this book. Still going to read The Death Cure to round of the trilogy and my friends are adamant that the books get better.

Maze Runner definitely beats this sequel.
