I was excited to get into this book after reading the seven husbands and loving it. However, with this one I couldn't connect to the characters, I didn't really care about what will happen to them (only finished it because it was the only thing I had for travelling). It did have some moments where I was invested but other times I felt annoyed by the characters and how one dimensional they seemed. Eddie will always be angry about something and Warren will give a one liner. Some of the other characters where better but I did not see much growth in them or actual communication, except for Camilla who deserved way better which we all know.
Felt very disappointed listening to it and some of the moments reminded me of seven husbands for example the big reveal about the author and the end felt very how I met your mother which nobody liked.
