A Year to the Day by Robin Benway
5.0
It took me a long time to finish this one, but only because I needed to take time and process along the way. The grief in this is so real and heartbreaking and transformative in the way that those who have experienced will recognize. I highlighted quite a bit.
This book is a treasure, but not to be entered lightly. It's tender, but not depressing. It's perfectly balanced and well worth the read.
