This book was a fun venture back to the story world of Elfhame. There was intrigue and political rivals interspersed with magic, and the classic word plays for misdirection. Again, this book suffers from the characters being so young -- when faeries live for centuries, it is odd for them to be so independent as teenagers when that isn't even the case for human teenagers. The twist revealed at the end was obvious, but still fun. A light read with familiar tropes and no glaring annoyances.
