This book was very well written. Something about the way Finch spoke was special and I really understood what he meant. However, I just wasn't prepared for how dark it got, how empty it made me feel. In the beginning I had a hard time getting into it and for awhile, in it's darkest moments, I wish I had put it down then. It wasn't easy to get through but I'm glad I finished. The ending left you with just a little piece of hope.
