Halfway to the Grave by Jeaniene Frost

2.0

I liked this book, but didn't love it.

Some things I liked:
+The main character, Catherine, has a strong will, determination, and clarity of sight to take care of business.
+Catherine doesn't lose sight of how it feels to be an outsider, which shows in her interactions with people like her neighbor Timmy.
+Bones is a great mix of snarky and sincere, and makes for an exciting love interest.

A few things I didn't like:
+Sex and lust turned into love a little too quickly for me
+The ending felt a little forced, there were a few twists that I thought didn't really fit into the plot's set-up.
