Oh. My. God. This was the funniest book I've read in a long time. This book is another short one; essays are 1-2 pages max. They're absurd, self-deprecating observations and hypothetical situations. Such as: Imagined conversations between monsters that lived in Simon's closet when he was seven, or a hostage taker's demands which include the police giving his cat its ear medication. Very silly. Very weird.
