Where do I even start? This book takes readers into the world of a widow father and his son Jake who recently moved into a new town Featherbank. The town holds secrets to past murder cases of a predator now locked up... and they think everything is safe until Jake starts hearing whispers in the night too...
This book was intense from start to finish. Really connected with characters and could feel the struggles every parent goes through, especially in a time of loss. Everyone is closely connected more so than we realize and it keeps you on the edge till the very end. Great conclusion too! Written very similarity to King or Child, the presence of creepy terror just outside the front door
