Do nothing? Stay and fight? Or leave?
I highly recommend that readers choose the audiobook for this one. I tried the print and couldn’t get past the punctuation etc, but the audio is wonderful. I wasn’t sure what to think of it as first. It is just a conversation btwn women trying to decide what to do after being sexually abused and raped by the men in their cloistered Mennonite community. So it’s not JUST a conversation. I’m glad I saw this through and I’m very much looking forward to the movie adaptation.
