The Escape Room by Megan Goldin
4.0
I liked the premise of this book but not the ending. The reason behind all of it was so sad and really didn't need to happen. I know that she was struggling with justice but revenge isn't always the best answer. I was also hoping that the escape room was going to be more of a Saw scenario where they were battling actual puzzles/scenarios as opposed to each other.
I recommend listening to the audio because you get a different narrator for Sarah Hall and another for the elevator characters.
I have learned a few things: investment bankers/financial professionals are scary and ruthless when they need to be, never to underestimate people and make assumptions, and I will never go to a escape room that starts with an elevator.
