I'm giving this 5 stars because Ying included several resources at the end including encouraging readers to find Health at Every Size registered dietitians and tapped Aubrey Gordon's works. 
This graphic novel focuses on disordered eating and bulimia so it's not for those that are not in the place to confront those issues. Whether it's from family or the larger culture, your worth is not measured in the inches of your waist.
