She is so unhinged that she walks out of her job to a convent across the street. I’m dying.

This was a fun, tongue in cheek, romance about two people who lost it because of the pressures of their jobs and choose to vacation in their old holiday spot, wallowing in their nostalgia.

It wasn’t the most exciting book, the characters were traumatized and working through their mental health. The setting was a bit of a joke. It reminded me of a hallmark movie plot, but in a good way.
