Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs

3.0

Loved the atmosphere, the setting, the set-up, and the story behind the author collecting the antique photographs strewn throughout the book. Started out gripping and creepy but lost a little steam mid-way through and then I think even though the action was ramping up, it got a little bogged down character-wise to the point where they were all "peculiar", but I would read a name and go "...who? Oh right!". I would definitely read the sequel, though!
