A unique story and layout. Not sure how I feel about it. Each chapter is about a different character going through the years from great grandparents down the line, but this style made it feel more like short stories about each character.
I almost wished there was more back and forth between the characters instead of not really coming back to each one. Although in each story you kinda get a glimpse of what happened to previous characters.
This would be easier reading in my opinion if it was read vs audio as the names and accent make it a little difficult to keep up with all the characters and places. Definitely worth the read, just interesting.
