The Penguin Book of Modern African Poetry by Gerald Moore

2.0

LThis is one of those instances of: she was a poem, he was illiterate, except more like “this was a poetry book and I am not a poetry person. I bought the book bc I had to read some poems for my Modern African Literature class and decided to read the rest of it bc why not. I found some lines that I liked, but other than that it didn’t do much for me. I’m sure other more qualified people can give better reviews so don’t let my review sway you, I didn’t think there was nothing horrendous about it, it’s just I’m not a poetry person
