I absolutely loved the concept of this book. I love how a witches' power comes from the season. I think the concept is really unique! Also, I really loved how global warming was incorporated into the story. I thought it was neat to incorporate such a big issue in our world today into a fantasy novel. For the first 2/3 of the book, it was a 5 star read for me. However, the last 1/3 of the book dragged a little. I think a major part of this was the relationship between Clara and Sang. It was over the time corny and repetitive. I got a board of her trying to decide if he was worth losing her magic over. Overall, I really did love the story. I would pick up other books by this author in the future.
