“A house is a house. You’re my home.”

Thank you to Libro.fm for the gifted audiobook in exchange for an honest review!

This was such a great romantic thriller. I’ve admittedly not read as many, but there was such a great underlying romance alongside of the creepy things happening in Maggie’s new home.

Maggie is such a likable protagonist, who’s been caught in a love triangle for years with Colton and Tucker. The men are very different, and Maggie has trouble really identifying who she has feelings for. The dual timelines work so well here, providing necessary background on the three of them and highlighting their issues in the present.

I enjoyed the creepiness of the things happening in Maggie’s house along. Neither plot point overshadows the other, and they come to a head so intensely. It balances the romance with the thriller aspects so well that as a reader you’re so drawn into the story.

I highly recommend this for a romantic thriller!
