Was looking for a sweet, fluffy summer romance and Kasie West delivered. The concept of the story was really cute and I enjoyed Abby's witty quips and her relationship with her family. However, there are some things that fell a bit short for me, like the ending - which felt a tad bit cliche.

Cooper ended up admitting his undying love for Abby and it got me tight because I'm not a big fan of the best-friend-who-realizes-what-he-wants-after-he-loses-the-girl trope and I lowkey kinda wanted her to not end up with anyone but what can ya do

Overall, I'd probably rate this book around ~3.7 stars.
