I usually don't like to compare different pieces of media, but the beginning of this book felt like someone's attempt to rewrite Easy A from memory. Then, halfway through the story, they accidentally switched to Moxie without realizing it. And somehow, despite all that, it worked.
It's not groundbreaking feminist literature, but it is a fun, extremely YA take on slut-shaming and intersectional feminism filled with heartwarming moments and humor.
