This story was so intriguing, and the mystery within a mystery caught me by surprise.  I can’t say that I ever truly knew what direction it was going in, and the unpredictably made me feel so much of James’ frustration. The town is described with so much familiarity, it genuinely feels like I’ve been here and met these people before. I also loved how subtle the romance was, and that it didn’t distract from the plot. Overall really well done and i recommend this to anybody looking for a small town mystery!
