WOW….JUST WOW!!!
This book is FREAKING AMAZING!!! The writing is FANTASTIC!! The descriptions of the Louisiana Bayou are so atmospheric. I felt like I was there walking through mud, houses on stilts, boardwalks over the bayou and the Mississippi River. The characters are so complex and the concept of the summer children, all with some sort of magic, is so original. The murders, old and new, and the mysteries that surrounded them and who was involved. The mystery had me all over the place, and in the end I was SHOCKED…to say the least!!
YOU WILL LOVE THIS if you enjoy Magic, like empath, psychic, etc. If you enjoy YA Dark Fantasy, Romance, Mysteries and Suspense!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
