I listened to the audiobook, read by the author herself and boy do I recommend doing that! I believe it adds a massive extra layer to this already brilliant, heartbreaking biography. Do look up all trigger warnings before reading, because it gets very graphic and raw.
Graphic: Body shaming, Drug use, Death of parent, Eating disorder, Schizophrenia/Psychosis , Self harm, Toxic relationship, Drug abuse, Medical content, Infidelity, Panic attacks/disorders, Alcohol, Alcoholism, Addiction, Child abuse, Sexual content, Blood, Death, Emotional abuse, Gaslighting, Injury/Injury detail, Physical abuse, Fatphobia, Grief, Sexual assault, Terminal illness, Violence, Vomit, Cancer, Medical trauma, Misogyny, Mental illness, and Suicidal thoughts
