It's safe to say that I am a fan of this series. "Swift and Saddled" is the second book to the "Rebel Blue Ranch" series and it follows the story of city girl, Ada Hart, who moves to Wyoming to take on the biggest project of her career. She arrives at Meadowlark and finds herself at the only dive bar in town where she meets a handsome cowboy. The night ends with a kiss, and Ada thinks that she might never see this stranger again. Except the stranger in question is Weston Ryder and her new boss.

I listened to the audiobook version of this story. "Swift and Saddled" was sweet, romantic, and steamy! I thought it was big more well rounded in terms of storytelling and dialogue compared to book one. I also have such a soft spot for the grumpy/sunshine trope where the female lead takes on the role as the grump. The dynamic worked perfectly between Ada and Weston, and I thought their story was very cute and fluffy overall. I did find some of the scenes to be a bit repetitive, but honestly the over arching story is addicting.

(I was going to say that this would definitely be an amazing TV show, only to find out that Universal TV picked up this series. Honestly, I would devour it if they make it happen!)

I cannot wait for book number three. I have been anticipating Teddy and Gus's story since Book 1 (their tension is just TOO good). November cannot get here sooner!
