Fire Maidens: Rome by Anna Lowe
5.0
Book 3 in Fire Maiden Rome by Anna Lowe
Lena is a photograph and had been hire by a bibo celebrity to take shot of her with her new Italian hot guy but when she meets him Lena instantly doesn’t like him and get massive creepy vibes from him. While taking different photo in different locations in Rome Lena notices a very hot sexy bodyguard that knows what he’s doing and eventually catches his eye.
Sergio is a wolf shifter with a very dodgy background and it is that gets himself hired by creepy guy to investigate him but while at the photo shoot Lena pulls out jewellery that she’d bought from antique shops or car boot to spice the pictures but when she touches one it flashes and warms to her touch.
I loved that in this book Lena has already started having shifter problems and even though she doesn’t really know what’s going on she at least suspects there’s more to her then human.
This book flowed so much nicer then others because Sergio didn’t have to convince her of being a shifter and Lena took everything in her stride.
Absolutely love the narration by Kelsey Osborne. In this book she kept a mostly her American accent but just teased us with the fantastic Italian pronunciation every now and then which I loved. Can not wait for more in this series. Anna Lowe is always a winner for me.
