Sanctuary: A Noire Immortals Story by Alexandria House
funny

"Temple, my love for you is infinite, boundless, tideless. It is as part of me as my blood."
Equal parts magical realism, equal parts smutty romance. This book gave! This is exactly what I mean when I say I like developed stories. For a book that's less than 100 pages, the plot and the characters were well established. There was mystery. There was a fluent running storyline. I don't know how to explain it, it just works. It all works great.
After reading the "Them boys" series by Alexandria, I have been slowly going through her backlist.
I'm really glad I read this.
