Did not finish book. Stopped at 22%.

I really wanted to like this, but I'm just having a hard time getting into it. I loved the whole premise & I really enjoyed the mmc but found the fmc to be annoying and I can't pinpoint why! I started this in the beginning of October and here we are in December and I haven't even read 100 pages so it's time to throw in the towel
