This wasn’t my favorite of the trilogy, but a very satisfying ending!
I don’t know if it’s because it’s been so long in between the books for me, but I devoured the first two. With The Triumphant I found myself not following along or my mind would just drift.
It was a great story and I really like the characters and I definitely feel this series is an underrated one for sure!
If you enjoy badass female gladiatrix warriors, Rome before its fall, and corruption then you will love this one!
