Lords of Wrath by Angel Lawson, Samantha Rue

The first book was a complete clusterfcuk of trash, yes.

So why did I pick this up? Well, because I'm also a trashy clusterfuck, obviously.

This book got really dark really fast - there was some betrayal and some consequences and yeah, not so easy to watch.

But apparently, all those sickos get along and the girl (can't remember her name now) was okay with it by the end, I guess, so who am I to judge?

Again, this is a bunch of trigger warnings, miscommunication, and unnecessary drama thrown together in a book written in a way that is... Slightly above the fanfic level of quality. I read it in one sitting.

I even started reading the third book, but I somehow snapped out of my trance at about 30% and stopped. Haven't picked it back up yet and it's been weeks, so maybe it won't happen. Gotta say, I'm not too sad about that.
