French Vanilla & Felonies by Erin Huss

I truly enjoyed this book! Let me just start by saying that these lighthearted murder mysteries are usually not what I go for. I enjoy reading either humor/romance or murder mystery. But this book was laugh-out-loud funny to me all along - and I don't mean just huff out of your nose, I mean actual belly laugh funny.
The main character, Cambria, is down on her luck, taking in a position she knows nothing about in an apartment complex were things just go from bad to worse as the days pass. She is witty, awkward, and so relatable that I couldn't help but root for her from the first pages on.
I recommend this book to anyone who likes a little mystery and a lot of fun to lighten up these dark quarantine days.
