Endure is an informative book that really gets into the science of endurance. There are some interesting stories of feats of endurance and a lot of talk about experiments and analyzing data. There were some pieces of advice that would pertain to endurance athletes but I thought there should be more. The science and theories were interesting but I was hoping for more ideas to get my brain ready to run 42 kn.
