Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don't Know by Adam M. Grant
5.0
This is probably my book of 2021 - Think again is a worthy successor and/or more accessible vein of Thinking Fast/Slow.
Its hard to explain exactly the nature of this thoughtful book - its essentially about useful and robust thought processes, its not about being "smart" per se, knowing tonnes of information or having a high IQ, its about considering topics and coming to decisions.
Its divided into 3 sections, working on yourself, others, and then more systemically. The style is non-judgemental and sensible - some of the info graphics are the best.
