The Little Book of Ikigai: The essential Japanese way to live a happy and long life by Ken Mogi

5.0

For now, nothing can compares the feeling of being refreshed after I read this book. I am deeply grateful for finding this book in the times when it felt like everything collapsing on me and I failed to find strength. The time when it felt like happiness was nowhere around and I failed to recognize that happiness could come in the smallest event in life.

Oftentimes I feel my life is unworthy because I constantly seeking for others validation. This book become an absolut reminder that being immerse in things that i do and loving -even- the smallest progress are the better ways to obtain happiness (...And the list of personal realization continues).

I cherished the long journey with this book and I am sure I will read this any time sooner.

Whatever you do, it does not matter much to the world. You need to start small.
