Interesting and tempting recipes. The one for naan turned out perfectly. Mr. Malgieri also writes introductions to his recipes that are actually interesting. Even better, he makes every effort to adapt the recipes (while staying true to their origins) for the convenience of the home baker. I'm definitely going to get his other books.
My only minor quibble is that he didn't include more Greek recipes (the deep-fried treats chapter would have been the perfect venue). That's just a personal bias, though. Really, more recipes in general beyond the generous number already included would have been great (I'm greedy).
