Right of the bat I hated Tobias. He was such an entitled jerk and I don’t know when I started to like like him. We slowly got to know more of him and he became less of a jerk. Honestly he was my favorite character in the book and that’s only because of the amazing character development.
As for Meyer, I honestly don’t feel like we get to know her very well. What I do know about her was fine but I wished we saw more of what made her tick. All I really got from her is that she is a mother, a tutor, she’s really smart at have made some questionable decisions in the past. That’s it.
Plot wise it wasn’t something amazing or new. BUT I still enjoyed it! It was a fun and sweet book and I would definitely read something else by the author.
