Whew ... final book of a four part series, and this was a loooong one. I looked at the page numbers, 500+? That's almost a whole book more than the first three. I borrowed this from my local library, and I was worried I wouldn't get it finished in the three week time. I made it. Just barely.
I liked this series, but didn't love it. Whereas some series, I'm sorry to have come to an end, I was a bit relieved to finish this up. I think I'll remember it fondly though. There was more action in this one. From a parental perspective, some sex/language and quite a bit of violence/gore. It was down to the wire, but this did wrap up nicely ... almost too perfectly?
