The Raven's Tale by Cat Winters

4.0

I very, very, very much enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. It is a very unique take on Edgar Allan Poe's youth and start of his incredible journey. I loved how the paranormal elements tied flawlessly into his history and poetry. I did have to admit I was a bit thrown off in the beginning that in this world a physical muse is just something that exists, but that confusion was easily overcome with Lenore's perspective and her personality. I'm so glad I picked this book up!
