I went in thinking this could be a potential five stars, and oh boy was I wrong. I’ve tried to read books with unlikeable main characters many times. This yet again proves they aren’t for me. I thought the main character was a dick and couldn’t stand anything about him. He was so… bland. I would have loved this to be about Kojima instead of “Eyes”. The writing was good, I’ll give it that, and I do see myself trying other books by this author in the future. This was a miss on my part, and overall a horrible reading experience considering I almost fell asleep multiple times while reading. One star only for the beginning and my love for Kojima
