Forever fav - 2022

It’s been years since I read this book for the first time and it’s just as incredible as it was back than
Katniss is one of my fav main characters I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading about
Her train of thoughts, her voice I can not only relate to her but I genuinely just care about her as well as the people she cares about
I loved every second even though it hurt and it reminded me of my fangirl moments from back than
(Not gonna lie there are two ffs of mine out there for this series hahah) also the tributes will always have a special place in my heart even tho we don’t get to know most of them that well the idea of these children having to murder each other is just so frightening and the actions they were forced to do are just heartbreaking (some my favs RUE! Foxface Thresh the smart boy from district 3 also Cato I don’t know why I just enjoy him as a character)
I’m planing on rewatching the movie soon can’t wait!
