Time of My Life by Allison Winn Scotch

4.0

Well, it wasn't as cheesey as I thought it was going to be. I read it because I felt I could relate to the character in that she lived in her past. It was a decent read. I'm not sure why so much cussing was involved. It didn't seem to make sense with the character, and was very off-putting.

SpoilerI wanted her to be happier in her past and just stay there. But I was also satisfied with the way she ended up finding her way back.

The ending came at you with break-neck speed. Just out of nowhere, suddenly you were face to face with it. A bit deus ex machina, but I suppose the whole book was.
