Did not finish book. Stopped at 56%.

After getting through the first one with ease, I just couldn't get into this sequel. I was bored, and found myself having to force myself to read it as I really don't like DNFing a book. Nothing against the author or story, I just couldn't get into it and feel like this didn't need to be a series, it would have been fine as a stand alone.
