Invincible, Vol. 10: Who's the Boss? by Robert Kirkman

5.0

The tenth volume of Invincible packed some huge punches, and I'm glad to see that Kirkman's inspirations keep flowing. As soon as I start thinking that things might slow down a little, he pulls something in out of left field (or something that I've been expecting for so long that I'd nearly forgotten about it...) and the story is instantly revitalized. A long-standing arc involving Cecil Stedman comes to fruition here, and Oliver (or should I say Kid Omni-Man?) is starting to become a more substantial (and very welcome) part of the story.

Oh, and every time I think that Ryan Ottley has reached a peak, he one-ups himself. This dude is at the top of his game.
