Lonely Castle in the Mirror by Mizuki Tsujimura

4.0

(4.5) Both heartbreaking and heartwarming.
The topic is heartbreaking. Instances of bullying and fear of school is way more commun than we’d like to admit and sadly there is still not enough done to help kids (and parents) in those situations.
But it was also heartwarming seeing these seven lonely and vulnerable kids slowly start opening to each other and trust and help each other in their own way. It was just full of hope.
Even though the « twists » were kind of easy to guess I really liked how the story line was constructed and how it came together in the end.
