This was a book with a very delicate topic, but the main focus of it is rehabilitation and recovery.
Tyler Grace is the younger brother of Toren from Torn, the first book in this series.
Holly was taken when she was 8-years-old. Scarred, sober, and tortured Tyler finds her in a hole near his cabin in the woods after she had been kidnapped and abused by a local teacher.
Holly views the world through a fairy-tale lens, Tyler is her prince who saved her from the bad man and does whatever it takes to make her happy, protected, and seen. He is the only person that doesn't dismiss her or treat her like she's broken or made of glass.
I fucking hated Holly's mother, she was so frustrating.

Not a smutty story, just two broken people learning to love each other and healing during the meanwhile.
The ending was a little rushed but overall was a pretty good book. I would read again.
