Immaculate Corruption by Nicole Fox

4.0

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Immaculate Corruption by Nicole Fox is book 2 in the Romanoff Bravata series. It picks up 2 weeks after book 1 ends. This story is intense with twists and turns. Dima is the antihero of the book. I have been going back and forth as to whether I liked him or not. He can be very unlikeable. Ayra is the heroine but again I am not sure how likeable she is. She across as very strong but then very weak. She isn't afraid to stand up to Dima and he treats her horribly. She takes his treatment. I wanted her to say no to him but she didn't.

The couple has hot chemistry and deserve each other. I just don't know if I would say they are likeable. But then I guess we all have multiple personalities and are not always making perfect choices. The plot is full of twists and surprises. Just when I thought I knew where the story was going, it changed directions. It kept me guessing and on the edge of my seat. This story is a dark story with broken people striving to do what is best for themselves and their family. You can not help but take up their side in the war being waged in the story. You must read both books in order for the story to make sense. It is time worth while. Great crafted stories by Nicole Fox.
